• After the applicant get registered he/she shall take classes according to the schedule provided by the Institution. If the student misses his/her class The Institution will not be responsible or liable for the same.
• The Institution will approve the registration by an official unique ID No. for his/her future correspondence.
• No refund policy in any case.
• After the registration & Issue of ID No., the introducer will not be changed.
• The institution reserves the right to reject/cancel any registration at its own discretion.
• No student shall use institution’s name, logo, trademark and trade name without any specific written consent.
• Whenever any student is found to indulge in any unlawful activity or misuse of the Id card, his registration will be cancelled along with surrender of his Id card.
• The rules and regulations mention above shall be governed in accordance with the law in forces in the territories of the India. Disputes if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
• All students shall respect and follow the code of ethics and rules & regulations.

• The Applicant ID is Unique and Valid for a Lifetime.
• The ID is for Official Use and Non-transferable.
• The Organisation is Not Liable for Any Illegal Activity of Any Member.
• The Organisation Reserves the Right to Cancel the ID if Found Misused.
• The Organisation’s ID Card Shall Not be Used to Avail any Offer or Discount for Personal Use.
• The Applicant will Perform the Fundamental Duty Cast upon by the Constitution of India.
• By this Registration the Applicant Agree to Abide the Rules and Regulation of the Organisation.
• No member shall use organisation’s name, logo Trademark and trade name without any specific written consent.
• Whenever any member is found to indulge in any unlawful activity or misuse of the ID card, his membership will be terminated along with surrender of his ID card.
• The rules and regulations mentioned above shall be governed in accordance with the law and forces in the territories of the India. Disputes if any shall be subject to the Exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Delhi.
